Jim assumed his leadership role as President of Hugel Aesthetics in May 2020.
With 20+ years of experience building market-leading brands in Aesthetics, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals, Jim has become a formidable figure in the Medical Aesthetics industry.
In his most recent tenure as Chief Commercial Officer of Alastin Skincare, he successfully led the company to numerous years of market-leading growth. His knowledge and expertise in enhanced strategies, organizational expansion, and customer-centric commercial execution pushed the brand to become one of the fastest growing brands in the U.S. professional skincare market.
Jim’s career tenure also includes various leadership roles at Solta, Merz Aesthetics, Obagi, Stiefel and Allergan. He holds a BA in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Stephanie joined Hugel Aesthetics as VP of Human Resources in November 2021, responsible for growing and developing our talent base and building an impactful employee experience.
Stephanie’s 25+ years of HR and leadership development experience includes her previous role at Edwards Lifesciences where she served as Head of Human Resources for the Surgical Structural Heart business. Her career also includes global human resources leadership roles at Allergan, Johnson & Johnson and Hologic.
Stephanie holds a BS in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, an MBA from Walden University, and multiple certifications from Cornell University.

Dr. Irvine joined Hugel in November 2021 as VP of Medical Affairs.
Pivoting from his early career as a fellowship-trained immunologist, for the past 15+ years he has taken on corporate roles across a variety of technical fields, garnering direct and meaningful experience in Medical Communications, Nonclinical and Clinical Development, Regulatory Strategy, Commercialization, and Product Launch. Before joining Hugel, he held leadership roles at innovative dermatology and aesthetics companies including Allergan, Kythera, and UNITY Biotechnology.
Dr. Irvine holds B.S. (Biochemistry) and M.S. (Neurobiology) degrees from Boston College and received his Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Southern California.

Fran joined Hugel Aesthetics in January 2021 as VP of Regulatory Affairs.
A seasoned regulatory and quality assurance executive, Fran began her 20+ year industry career at Medicis, where she worked across various phases of regulatory Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices lifecycle management, from clinical development to marketing approval. Today, she’s known for her unparalleled leadership in building and managing Regulatory and Quality Assurance departments for global organizations.
Fran completed her education at Northern Arizona University in the field of Communications and received her Regulatory Affairs Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.

Angie joined Hugel Aesthetics in July 2021 as VP of Technical Operations and Supply Chain.
She began her 20+ year career at Genentech and Connetics Corporation, later joining Valeant Pharmaceuticals as Director of Strategic Sourcing where she built, managed, and led teams through several successful product launches and cost-reduction programs. She was later recruited by Abbott Diabetes Care, a division of Abbott Laboratories, as their Director of Worldwide Contract Manufacturing and later Business Operations.
Angie holds an MBA from University of San Francisco; a B.A. with a double major in Molecular and Cell Biology and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley; and a certification for project management from UC Berkeley.

Bob joined Hugel Aesthetics in April 2021 as General Manager for Canada.
Bob brings 25+ years of sales, marketing and executive leadership experience in the dermatology and aesthetics space, building high performing teams, and leading organizational growth. In his most recent role, Bob served as President and General Manager of Merz Aesthetics in Canada, where he led the organization through unprecedented growth and propelled it to one of the top-performing affiliates in the global organization.
Bob holds a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
